Depressive Letters

by Devil's Hound

/
1.
Smile 02:23
You have no expression You have no smile Let's build your inner self Along with mine Let's smile to me Let's smile with me You have bright eyes Why don't you smile? Look at the sun It's shining bright Let's smile to me Let's smile with me
2.
Drowned 01:45
No, you have not to be afraid You have not to be afraid of me No, you will not get drowned You will not get drowned by this Please take my hand and hold your breath Trust me and let yourself go Life is obscene And you have to get used by all means
3.
Warm Me 03:20
Why the sun is brighter today My eyes can't stand the light of day Warm me tonight My mouth is dry that I can't speak My ears are shut by the noise Warm me tonight My feet are heavy like stones My hands are bigger than my head Warm me tonight

about

Unlike previous songs, the lyrics featured in “Depressive Letters” are not theatrical or inspired by Vincent Price. The new songs are naïve but honest, simple but true. “Depressive Letters” deals with situations both felt by the artist and people around him. Depression, solitude, love and most of all sincerity. “Smile” is a wake-up call, “Drowned” asks us to face life and “Warm Me” is numbness that can be healed by love.
